"Accordig to the way I was taken to this property you should only plan coming here if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with off- road tires, dirt motorcycle, horse or donkey. The road in is in terrible condition! It takes about 45 mins. to go about 10 kms. The beach looks to be at the bottom of a small mountain, not sure how you access it. "The people and service are great. The location of the hotel is what brought me here in the first place. You can cross the street and go to the Mall and find anything you need. It’s specially great for families with kids as it has a pool and you can also walk to the mall and there are other attractions for the kids, including a movie theater. The pool is not that warm even though they told us it was heated. My only complaint was the Noche Buena dinner or the dinner for December 24th as the food was not good overall considering it was pretty expensive. "
