"Our room had a balcony overlooking the canyon and in all our years of travel we’ve never had a more amazing view from a room balcony. Pay the few extra dollars for the view. It’s worth every penny. The place is clean, and the rooms are nice. The jetted bathtub was wonderful but when you showered water tended to go onto the floor. Lots of shelves and closet space. When we return to Cuenca, we will definitely stay here again. Great value."

My only complaint was the hallway light kept flashing on and off -visible through our room window and it kept us awake all night. It would be perfect if the Parador could shade the hallway windows better at night."

"A nice hotel, conveniently located. I had a room which faced the swimming pool on the 3rd floor and this was nice and reasonably quiet. Room facilities were good. Breakfast was modest but had everything required including delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. I shall definitely stay here again. "
