    The ocean is just a stone’s throw away—enjoy an unforgettable stay in a villa of approximately 130 m² located 20 m from the beach at the far end of the garden.
    The property
    The villa features an entryway with a closet, a beautiful and inviting living area, a living room with a large TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds (1.60 x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, 1 toilet, and an office.
    Directions for guests
    : Head towards L’HOUMEAU, then towards the port. When you reach the sea, turn left; after 500m, head towards the restaurant LA CABANE DU PERTUIS, located on the beach. You’ve arrived—the black gate is the entrance to the villa.
    Additional notes
    Our villa, which is approximately 130 m², is not usually available for rent.
    The furnishings are simple, as is the decor, yet the villa offers great comfort, with a beautiful, tree-lined garden of 1,000 m² and breathtaking views of the sea, the Île de Ré Bridge, Île de Ré itself, and the Vendée coastline.
