Gros problème de stationnement payant et très limité dans le temps. Je n'ai vu aucun avertissement sur le descriptif de la location.

Superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Prix raisonnable. Excellente situation. Literie qui laisse à désirer, pas confortable. Pas de chaîne française à la TV. Pas de Wifi. Matériel de cuisine de mauvaise qualité (casseroles, poêles, couverts etc..), bonne taqueélectrique et bonne cafetière. Baignoire rouillée dans la salle de bain. Conseils de voyage: Un petit paradis. Chouette station balnéaire, belles plages, ancien quartier de la ville très sympa. Beaucoup de visites possibles (Empurion, Pals, Géronne, Besalù, San Pere de Rodes, Figuéres (musée Dali), Pubol (château de Gala) etc..).

Wir waren jetzt nach 2 Jahren das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Das Positive ist die Lage und der schöne Blick auf die Bucht.Negativ ist allerdings der verwohnte und nicht saubere Zustand. In den Schränken Dreck, abgeblätterte Fenster und Balkontüren, verrostete Badewanne und Abfluss.Das Schlimmste sind aber die Hunde auf der Nachbarterrasse.Wie bereits vor 2 Jahren ist der kleine ununterbrochen ( teilweise auch nachts ) am Kläffen.Dazu ist die Terrasse sowohl vom kleinen als jetzt auch von einem neuen großen Hund total volluriniert und gekotet . Der Rekord waren 6 Haufen, die nur alle 3–4 Tage mal beseitigt wurden. Das ist natürlich sehr erfreulich, wenn man morgens auf dem Balkon frühstückt und diese Aussicht ertragen muss.Fazit: Das 2. und das letzte Mal !!! Reisetipps: Ausflüge nach Girona, Cadaques ( tolle Motoradstrecke ) sind immer zu empfehlen.

Appartement bien situé, près de commerces, de restaurants et de la plage. Appartement agréable, mais il pêche par les accessoires de cuisine mis à la disposition des locataires. Il est de mauvaise qualité et des accessoires très banaux manquent (louche,bouilloire ou petite casserole pour chauffer de l'eau). D'autres étaient de mauvaise qualité, l'ouvre boite n'a pas résisté à notre première boite de conserve, j'ai donc du en acheter un neuf. Conseils de voyage: Région superbe, beaucoup de belles visites possibles. Le prix des activités et des restaurants reste très accessible. Climat très doux.

A part le percolateur de café qui est défectueux et le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité d'avoir la WIFI, tout est très bien. Donc a recommandé. Conseils de voyage: Là, vraiment SUPER, pour moi la plus belle région de l'Espagne.

Das war unser zweiter Urlaub in La Escala (s. meine Bewertung vom 2015 ;) ). Diesmal haben wir eine andere Wohnung im gleichen Haus bezogen und sie war sogar noch ein bisschen besser als vor 2 Jahren. Alles war so schön – die Stadt, der Strand, die Wohnung! Das Einzige, was uns diesmal komisch vorkam, waren Stromkosten. Vor 2 Jahren hat man uns gesagt, das sie im Preis bereits berücksichtigt wurden. Diesmal waren sie zusätzlich berechnet in Höhe von 24,60 EUR. Das scheint mir etwas zu viel zu sein, da wir nur zu zweit waren und nicht viel gekocht haben. Der Zähler befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung, zur Übergabe ist die Mitarbeiterin mit einem bereits ausgefüllten Zettel gekommen. Nächstes Mal werden wir diese Frage bei der Einreise klären. Reisetipps: Eine Wanderung durch den Pinienwald vom Parc Natural de Montgri zur Nachbarbucht Cala Montgo ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bucht selber ist auch sehr schön!

Appartement agréable, fonctionnel et très calme avec en prime une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer du balcon où on a pu prendre le petit-déjeuner chaque jour... 3 étages à descendre et on est quasiment sur la plage.Très bon rapport qualité/prix, adresse à garder et à recommander...
