Private: flowers and trees, natural garden (fenced), parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "L'Escala - Pobla Sec" 1.5 km, railway station "Flaça" 21 km, sandy beach "Platja de Riells" 750 m. Sports harbour 1.2 km, golf course (18 hole) 16 km. Nearby attractions: Cala Montgó 3 km, Museo de Arqueología Cataluña-Empúries 5 km, Castillo de Montgrí 14 km, Illes Medes 20 km, Peratallada - Pueblo Medieval 24 km, Museo Dalí - Figueres 28 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
