"Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kann man fußläufig in 15 bis 20 Minuten ins Ortszentrum oder an die Strandpromenade gelangen. Die Vermieterin ist total unkompliziert und jederzeit zu erreichen. Auch die Ausstattung und der allgemeine Zustand des Hauses sind sehr gut. Katzenfreunde können sich über regelmäßige Besuche der Hauskatze freuen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit. Von uns gibt es einen Daumen hoch. 👍"

"Host Pierre was very obliging. Helpful and discreet, Showed us around the area and introduced us to a supper restaurant. The outside kitchen and dining area were perfect for an early spring break. We were able to bbq and eat outside a few times."

"Das Haus war genau so schön wie in der Annonce beschrieben. Alles ist sehr landestypisch eingerichtet und trotzdem modern und geschmackvoll renoviert. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht aber wunderbar angelegt, dazu ein herrlicher Poolbereich. Das kristallklare Meer und ein schöner Strand, blauer Himmel und warmes Wetter ließen uns einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Villa ist zudem ruhig gelegen und bietet so gut wie keinem Nachbarn Einblicke auf das Grundstück. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen...

"Das Ferienhaus entsprach im Großen und Ganzen den Erwartungen. Die Lage war für uns sehr passend. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch optimiert werden, da diese in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir kommen gern wieder."

Tout le confort nécessaire pour accueillir votre famille dans les meilleures conditions. Stationnement nickel. L'Escala est une très belle ville avec un centre ville dynamique et de très belles plages. Je recommande plus que tout cette maison !"

"We previously visited L'Escala five times twenty years ago. Our adult children had vague memories of those vacations so we decided to revisit. The villa and location were perfect, the best equipped villa we have stayed in and a five minute walk to the 4 outstanding restaurants in the beautiful Sant Marti. THe local beaches are beautiful and unspoilt. The train that runs into L'escala is great and the old town of L'Escala is wonderful with an amazing selection of restaurants. We all agreed,...

"Vielen Dank! Es ist ein schönes Haus, genau wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das ist ja überall so, wenn man nicht im eigenen Bett schläft. Das Haus und die Ausstattung bietet ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen. Ein riesen Vorteil sind die drei Bäder und natürlich der Pool -Gemeinschaftspool- hat aber weniger gestört. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Können wir nur empfehlen!"
