The apartment, which enjoys plenty of natural light, has a floor area of 60 m² plus a spacious 20 m² terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. It features 2 comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds—both with built-in closets, a full bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the 20 m² living room, which includes a sofa bed.
It is fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop.
The building features a large, beautifully maintained 3,000 m² landscaped area and a lovely pool that is cleaned daily.
It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. The apartment must be left clean; therefore, a €50 cleaning deposit is required, as well as a €300 security deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout provided the apartment is left in the same condition as it was found.
