Renovated just 2 years ago with a new bathroom, new kitchen, and superior finishes that further set us apart from the rest of the community.

We have tourist license number HUTG - 016763, which gives us an advantage over the competition, to completely avoid the risk of fines to which the owner and tenant are exposed.

The resort is located on the seafront in an extraordinary area of ​​Alt Empordá, an area made up of fishing ports and coves with transparent waters such as Cadaqués, Roses, Port de la Selva, Begur and small medieval towns. such as Madremanya, Pals, Peratallada or Foixá, with castles and green and relaxing landscapes. Just 3 km from the center of L'Escala, but located in an environment that mixes sea and wood, this place is very pleasant.

It has very easy access from the border with France, (see separate Google Earth kmz.) 40 km from exit 5 and 45 km from Girona on the AP-7 or 145 km from Barcelona on the same road (see pdf).

The resort, before timeshare, has a concierge who speaks French and English, swimming pool, community parking, games room, gym, ironing bar, washing machines. The use of some of these services such as washing machines will be paid, the rest is free.

Similarly, there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the complex, with a terrace overlooking the sea, to enjoy a paella or seafood at an affordable price.

The islet in front is a well-known center for diving and snorkelling, and just 500m away you have a sandy beach at Cala Montgó, ideal for children.

If you like sailing and windsurfing, in the port there are two schools that teach and rent small sailboats such as the 420, Hobbycat, H20, Laser and others. Also in the same area there are golf courses, and trails for mountain biking and other sports related to nature.

If you like to paint, 20 km away is the Dalí Museum in Figueres, where you can admire a large part of his work.

During the months of July and August the weather is quite sunny with temperatures around 26º and the water temperature is pleasant.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped for 4 people, with a full bathroom, TV, stereo with audio connection for Ipod or Cell Phone, dishes, microwave with grill, kitchen, fridge and dishwasher.

The change of sheets and towels is not included. Nothing more than the final cleaning.

Since we live in Barcelona and we are not a professional agency, we usually schedule arrivals and departures on a Saturday. The weeks are from Saturday to the following Saturday. Departures are from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and entrances between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Weeks are only blocked when the bank transfer was received or with web booking when it is accepted online.

Since we are not real estate agents, we can sign a contract but we cannot issue invoices or accept checks or credit cards.
