"Staff for check-in was effective. I would not say friendly or courteous. Very disappointed by the room and it is not the first time I stayed in this Ibis hotel. Foul odor in the bathroom, broken shower doors leading to water everywhere. And I found a half inch beetle in the bed when moving the sheets. "
