Only problem was that by booking my room through hotels.com, I was given NO information about the shuttle from airport to hotel, and NO phone number to call the hotel directly I waited for the shuttle for over an hour until another person located a number for me to call, when I learned that I needed to have called the front desk for a shuttle to be sent! VERY BAD on hotels.com and may never use them again."

"The value was great considering there is a breakfast included with hot items and sufficient protein. The room was a classic hotel room which had been remodeled. The staff were very courteous and helpful. At this time I'm traveling for sports competitions so that's all I need. There was a quirky aspect whereby there was only one small waste basket in the hotel room and I think it's because they were trying to discourage people from eating in the rooms. But that doesn't really affect me given my purpose for travel. Also there's not daily room cleaning by default and I didn't see it offered, but again, that's not very important to me if I'm traveling for sports competition."
