"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"It‘s a 2 star residence, a little worn off and in need of redecoration, but clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially if you make an effort to speak French. The location is perfect for the 2 minute ferry (navette bus) that will take you across the channell to the beach (it will save you a 30 minute walk). "Séjours agreable, personnels sympathique mais la propreté du logement laisse vraiment a desirer. Il faut vraiment faire un effort sur ce point . Un des murs de la salle de bain avait pleins de tache jaunes, des nids d'araignées dans les angles des murs, radiateur pleins de poussières, mobilier extérieurs et étendoirs sale a notre arriver.. "A perfect location for beach lovers. Just steps away from the beautiful ocean and surf, lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from and a short walk from the old town and port. A wonderful holiday home with very comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and all utensils needed in the kitchen. A lovely sunny courtyard garden with outdoor stores for wetsuits and surfboards. Useful to have private parking too. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Thank you to Marylene."

"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. "We’re a large group of friends from Wales (16 adults and 19 young children) and we had a wonderful time at Residence Romaric!The property is made up of many separate apartments, which was perfect for us, although we actually ended up cooking and eating communally in the large shared kitchen and dining areas most of the time. "A very popular hotel for sure with spacious rooms, great Wifi, and a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sun lounger area. The reception and staff were excellent and this hotel deserves its high review rating. Plenty of secure parking which is a must for me. There is a restaurant on site for continental breakfast and main meals but we did not use so not able to rate. The location means transport is required but it should be mentioned there are excellent cycle paths adjacent to the road. "

The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"

"Well located. Room is basic but shower is good. Generally clean. Lacking a safe, mini fridge or rubbish bin in the main room (only a small bin in bathroom). Decoration also basic but true to the pictures of the room. Private parking is good, but limited space. Overall a good stay - this hotel will provide what is needed for a basic stay, but is lacking some fundamental features which would be expected at the price point."

"We had a last minute stay at Côte-Ouest due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist was very welcoming and showed us around which was helpful. The staff in the bar were attentive and the food was really good. Our room was fine however being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave our patio door open overnight and it was so hot with no air conditioning unfortunately. So as well as being hot the mattress was too hard so our sleep was quite disturbed. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, used the thalasso pool and had drinks on the terrace watching the sun go down. An enjoyable stay in the main."
