    Pets: We accept your pet. But there is a fee. Please pay ahead of time. Or there will be a 10% added on fee to the $125 pet fee. Additional guest fee: Any guests after (4 guests) is an additional $25. PARKING: FREE FOR 2 VEHICLES. $25 a night for additional.

This property worked well for a short stay in L'Anse. The overall feel is more "bachelor pad" than "Grandma's house." Furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to us. The kitchen is generally well stocked, if a bit cramped for counter space.

Great Place to Stay!

This cozy house was a comfortable place to stay after busy days of exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. The neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed our weekend here.

Perfect place to stay for small families

Our little family really enjoyed this location was close to tourist activities but also gave us the privacy you dont get from a hotel. Will definitely recommend this house. Perfect for our little family

Nice place and area around it. We went for a walk upon arrival and met a couple of the neighbors, very friendly. It was just what we needed for our brief stay. The host was amazing as he responded almost instantly to questions. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Black House. It is well-located, reasonably priced, and the owner made the check-in process seamless. We would strongly consider staying here again when visiting the UP.

It's a nice little older home. And has everything to accommodate a family of four. If you're traveling on a budget this is the place to stay. The Host was quick answering questions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. It's close to downtown which has a variety of shops.I would definitely stay there again

Great Place

Great place to stay in town.......everything was clean and ready to use. The description matched the house perfectly and we would definitely book again. Nice coffee shop just a minute or 2 walk down the road. Would highly recommend.

This little home has everything you need. We loved being able to watch our favorite futball team while playing cribbage during a blizzard. It was the perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The house is great! Has everything you need! The owner was great. He communicated everything. Was always quick to answer back! It's in a great location! If ever you want to go chase waterfalls, this is a perfect place stay!

Nice little black house

Very nice little home. Lots of games to play with the family. Was fully stocked with condiments in the fridge along with other odds and ends the tend to be forgotten. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Fall trip to L'Anse

We are newly retired and we had not traveled to Michigan before. We decided on a fall trip to L'Anse. This was our first stay using Vrbo. We really enjoyed our stay. The home offered more than a hotel room. The furniture was comfortable My only complaint was with the breakfast cook. .Just kidding, I was the breakfast cook. It is a small home and it had all the comforts of home. Thank you for the great vacation.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and simple. Basic needs for everything we needed. Liked a lot of the inspirational/whimsical touched around the house. Neighborhood was good. Well suited for a central location if heading up to Copper Harbor, or west to the porcupine mountains. Lots to see in the area as well. Only issue we had was in regard to the bathroom. Door is just a foldable accordion style and doesn't lock. Not necessarily an big issue, but our teens traveling with us had an issue with privacy and all.
