Located downtown L’Anse, just 2 Blocks off the beautiful shores of Lake Superior, this stylish Townhouse is centrally located. New bathroom, all new paint & flooring. Updates continuously being made. Boat Launch, Waterfront Park, Beach, Snowmobile Trail, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Pub, Bars, Eletric Car Charging Station, and Shops all within a 1-3 block walk. Enjoy time out on the patio grilling and chilling with a peak of Lake Superior. Located on the second floor of EStella & Co. LLC Featuring a Full Service Medi Spa with many services including tanning. Sleeps 2 with a Queen Size Bed in the bedroom and a There are 13 steps going up to the living space. This is my home, I own multiple properties and stay somewhere else when it is rented. One room is closed off. Please keep out of locked areas. There are cameras that will take your picture if you unlock and open a locked door. You will be charged a fee for tampering with locks as they will need replacing. There are some children’s toys available to play with. I have a hypoallergenic mini golden doodle that lives here with me when it is not rented.

This property was a perfect home base for our trip. We explored the area on motorcycles and needed a place to eat & sleep. Everything was close, groceries, laundry, places to eat. Host was great and we had great communication. Had everything we needed.

Small but quaint
Owners things precluded enough storage for our needs. Bed was comfortable, bath was really small. It would have helped to have some hanging space.
The place was in shambles when we arrived, but it was resolved immediately. She was very responsive and timely in making it right. We had a good stay, but the view was not what we expected, a view of the lake it was not, but a view of businesses. It was a convenient place to stay as it was clise to downtown.
Clean and lots of updates.Host generously offered a bottle of wine. Bed was SUPER comfortable.
My friend found quarters a bit tight because he is larger sized. The electrical worked but seemed outdated.
I would stay here again though.

Close to Lake Superior
Property is located in small downtown L'Anse. Stairs up to the apartment are very narrow, not ideal for seniors. Someone obviously lives in the apt. and closes off rooms when they are renting. The most inconvenient thing was that it was so overloaded with furniture and decorations there was literally no where to put our stuff but on the floor. There was barely room for a coffee cup on the kitchen counter so we ended up using the stove top for a counter space. No room to cut veggies or prepare any kind of meal, and no dining room, so you have to eat in the living room.
The bed was comfortable and it was adequately clean. Again, no space anywhere in the bathroom for your bath needs. There is no AC, but there was a room AC in the bedroom that kept it adequately cool for sleeping. A couple fans in the living room as well.
It was okay, but felt very cramped and awkward for senior couple.
I’ll start with our favorite part…the deck! We spent every morning and night on the airy porch overlooking the quaint Main Street. Two sweet rocking chairs, flowers hanging all around, breeze off Lake Superior…Such a great start and end to our all of our days in L’Anse.
As soon as you walk up the freshly painted, wide open stairs, you’re welcomed with cute decor and little bench. Mindy, the host, leaves you two key fobs making check in/check out super easy. The stretchy bracelets they’re attached make keeping your key safe during the stay easy too!
The listing and pictures are exactly what you get. We felt like we walked into a “Friends” apartment. It is decorated with everything from inspirational quotes and crosses, to funny swearing unicorn mugs and energy crystals. We also enjoyed the family pictures throughout. Especially, when we ran into some of those people out and about in town!
The kitchen had everything we needed. Even a ninja for reheating. Loved the Keweenaw Bay coffee she provided. The bottle of wine was a nice touch too. Thank you, Mindy!
It’s not listed as an air conditioned place but we got lucky and she had a portable AC unit in the master while we were there. I’m not sure if this is permanent but we sure appreciated it for the week!
Our kiddos used the air mattress (it never deflated) linens & pillows provided in the living room. They had plenty of fans to keep them cool too.

Was pleasantly suprised by the beauty of this little flat. My brothers and I go hiking every year in the UP! We choose a different area every year and this year, we chose Mt. Arvon, Canyon Falls and the areas of Houghton and Calumet! Loved our stay!
This was a quaint little apartment in a perfect area for our base to waterfalls, hiking and fishing. There is a business below the apartment. We could hear their conversations in the day but, all was quiet at night.
