"An extremely well presented property in a truly stunning location. Even with a language barrier our host was very welcoming and gave us complete privacy during our stay. The property itself was spotlessly clean. I imagine the temperature we arrived in was unusual ( heatwave of 40 c ) but going forward having a fan in the apartment would be nice. Also for traveling Brits no kettle or toaster was a test but not unusual on our travels. These for us were tiny details in what was a truly a memorable...

"We travelled with 3 children, 5, 9 and 12 and their reaction to the house was " its the most beautiful house we have been in" Very comfortable for adults too. We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. Un bémol toutefois sur l'impression qui ressort de l'aspect extérieur général du chalet, ainsi que du nombre de toilettes/douches et leur disposition."

"The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
