The hotel is just right next to the train station, it made to and from other cities very convenient. Staff are attentive and eager to help. Room is clean and has everything you need.

Very cleaned and spacious room. My room could see Kumamoto Castle. Shopping mall right below and shopping street just opposite. Guest parking just across the street.

There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, very convenient for someone backpacking or that needs to clean cloths. Convenient store close by. Easy for Taxi services to reach. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. You can have your towels changed everyday. I had a good view of the beach/seaside from the balcony. Shower had all the utilities...

Great atmosphere with a Japanese style garden at the front of the hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and very spacious for Japanese standards. Will be coming back!
