"Laundry was good"

"The in house lounge wear (t-shirt and pants) was a little odd, most Japan hotels provide kimono style robes! Twin beds’ room style seemed big, but there’s not enough space for 2 regular size suit cases since the bed frame is low to the floor! Luckily did not purchase breakfast, the only restaurant is small and always overcrowded with tours! Don’t think anyone will enjoy a relax breakfast! "

"Didn’t use the laundry service, but there was plenty of shops and stores around. It was also next to a station around a 20 minute walk"

"This was our favourite hotel of our trip! Incredibly spacious and wonderful amenities, including the ability to use hair straighteners and curlers. The bakery in the lobby makes delicious food and the rooftop bar is super cozy! The hotel is on a bit of a slope but easy walking distance to Lawsons/7-eleven and train station. The location is perfect for acess to Gion and the Nishiki market. Would absolutely stay again!"

"The only thing i didn’t really like was the breakfast buffet. The variety of food was not as expected and a lot of the food was cold and looked like it was there a while. But there were enough choices of restaurants near by and food court at the mall next to the hotel. The location of the hotel was best. "

"Conveniet location, breakfast was fresh with a great variety staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the property was so clean and well maintained. Fantastic place for a good price! "
