"Good, clean, and super friendly service. The morning breakfast lines get line gets long though, so check in early. The bedroom designs are amazing. Very clean too. And the beds were super comfortable. They also have free Yakult probiotic drinks and ice creams/popsicles. :D"

"The hotel and the staff are great. Being connected to train station is ultra convenient. The only negative was the washer/dryer combo. Does not fully dry clothes. I work in laundry so I know exactly how much should into a washer/dryer to make it work properly. Other than they beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and great location."

"Excellent location - shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores are right at your doorstep. We stayed as a family with 5 yr old twins and found the rooms spacious enough, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, and we loved the atmosphere around the hotel. Overall, a great stay for families."

"Check in was fast!! The staff are all SO helpful and nice!! Breakfast is wonderful!! With more great and helpful staff there. Room was clean and loved the balcony first thing every morning. Thank you for the water for coffee and tea in the mornings before breakfast. This was very important for us. We already miss Rihga Gran Kyoto!!"
