The interior was selected with sincerity so that guests can enjoy the owner's handmade sofa.

We also have paintings and decorations that will make you feel Japan.

The living room is on the first floor, making it easy to enter and exit.
The room has a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet with washlet, and free WIFI.
The interior has a high ceiling and is very open.

Since it was built in 2018, the room facilities are very clean.

The surrounding area is full of tourist attractions such as Toji Temple, Umekoji Park and Kyoto Aquarium.

Cherry blossoms bloom in the spring in front of the facility.You can fully enjoy the cherry blossom trees.

Fine space to stay a few days

The place is clean and well-maintained, and very cozy. Space is very tight for more than two guests, and the beds are not the best, but we've very much enjoyed our stays nonetheless. Thank you!

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The location was close enough to 2 stations so there were plenty of route options. All necessary amenities were provided for convenience. Most importantly it was clean! I’d stay again next time visiting Kyoto.

Comfortable place

The property is a nice size for one person and conveniently priced. A shame that the decor is ruined by trying to fit in as many people as possible as it would look really nice with proper furniture. The sofas/mattresses are not exactly comfortable and make TV viewing something of a challenge, but I guess you can put up with it for a few days. Quite noisy as it's right by the road and freight trains are passing just across the road. Easy to reach but not exactly central and not much in terms of shops/restaurants nearby. Still there is a nice weekend market in the park down the road and the train museum and acquarium make for a good destination on a rainy day.

掲載されていた写真は可愛らいイメージでしたが実際は外人さんを意識した和のテイストになっていて少し驚きました。 必要最低限のものは揃っていて少し長い滞在でも使えそうです。 近くに広めの駐車場もあり困るようなことは何もありませんでした
