An awesome location, fun experience and amazing amount of room for a small family. The property is excellent. It is on a busy road though and earplugs (Kindly supplied) had to be worn at night. Highly recommend the okonomiyaki restaurant next door - it is the ONLY restaurant in the area that would accept our little family of three. We found other restaurants in the area did not want to take Gaijin (foreigners) even though we could speak Japanese. First time I’ve experienced open racism in Japan.

Convenient location, comfortable stay

Very convenient location, short walk to Kyoto Station. Enjoyed the Japanese townhouse experience. Very clean and amenities were more than adequate.

교토역과 가깝고, 일본전통가옥 체험하는 기분!

부모님을 모시고 간 여행이었고, 성인 5명이라 숙소 잡기가 만만치 않았는데 가격도 괜찮았고, 일본 가정집 같은 곳이라 여행하는 기분도 배가되었습니다. 슉소는 청결도 매우 만족스러웠고, 사무실도 걸어서 1분? 거리라 너무 편했고요 담당 직원분 중 한국분이 계셔서 커뮤니케이션도 원활했고, 무엇보다 빠른 피드백을 해주셔서 체크인 전부터 정말 편했습니다. 숙소 상태도 매우 깔끔하고, 거실 / 침실 분리로 생활하기에도 정말 편한 구조였어요~ 다만..일본집 특성상 난방이 잘 안돼서 잘때는 추웠습니다. 히터, 난방기구가 있었지만 그래도 밤에는 춥더라구요~ 그리고 위치는 교토역(뒷편)과 5~10분 정도 거리라 정말 편했구요, 바로 가까이에 편의점도 있었고, 정말 큰 쇼핑센터가 있어서 집 들어오기 아쉬울 때 들리기도 좋았고 또 안에 밤12시까지하는 돈키호테도 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋았어요. 또 숙소주변에 작은 술집들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 어메니티로 소음방지 귀마개도 주셨는데, 한번도 안썼을 만큼 시끄럽지 않은 동네였습니다. 다음 여행에도 또 이용하고 싶네요!

很棒的住宿體驗，很貼心的東西都有準備，洗衣服、廚房用品、衣物除味噴霧 、毛巾、牙刷都有，位置也很方便，出站走五分鐘就到，生活機能也很方便，走一下子就有超商、藥妝、餐廳等等，下次還有機會仍會選擇這裡！

十分近JR 站，環境清幽！室內空間十分充足。只是間中有小昆蟲出現和蚊咬，廚房設備簡陋！
