It used to be a craftsmans town or a city area but now its a quiet residential area
The building was renovated in 2014 and there are 2 rooms the entrance kitchen leaving room kitchen bath toilet 1 room on the 1st floor and the shower room on the 2nd floor

In an area with abundant living functions supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 5minute walk The bus stop and Marutamachi Subway Station are within 510 minutes Easy access to spots such as Gion Shijo Kawaramachi Kiyomizudera Kinkakuji Ginkakuji and Kitano Tenmangu and it is also recommended to take a walk near Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle
