The house has 1 living room with smart TV, [WiFi internet] 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom.The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove with oven, fridge, espresso machine, kettle, toaster.Outside there is a balcony with a table and you can relax and in front of you is the Klimaki beach and the Aegean Sea and you can enjoy the fantastic view that the place offers.Also, you can walk to Klimaki beach in 5 minutes [200 meters] from the private road that the property has.THE CAR IS NECESSARY come to the region. Parking in property.
The nearest supermarket is in Agios Apostolos,in a distance of less than 2 kilometers. There you can find cafes, taverns, bakeries and almost everything you will need for your holidays. The village is known for fresh fish, There are also many beaches within a radius of 5 km with crystal clear waters Also, nearby you can visit the traditional village of Petries, less than 1.5 km.
