"This hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the location was within walking distance to movie theater, pubs, restaurants, busses, and city center. Breakfast was good with barista coffee and many healthy options. Fair warning: the beds have split duvets, the balcony was shared with many friendly seagulls, there is no in-room coffee or tea (only instant coffee and tea down the hall, which my husband thought was "cool"), and the drip/filter coffee at breakfast was pretty terrible. Overall, I'd stay again."

"Lovely, modern hotel in a quiet but convenient location. Room was perfect. Staff all super friendly. Small but well maintained gym. Very good buffet breakfast. Can’t fault it in anyway and thoroughly recommend for a business or social stay in Dublin. "

"Fab budget hotel. No frills (which is expected for a budget hotel) but very clean, cozy, kept in great condition and easy to get to. Plus, never had I such an easy and speedy check in and out! The only minus - if you are a light sleeper, the door hardly blocks any sound (luckily mid week no party animals passing by my door)"

"Expensive overpriced. I ordered a large glass of wine. I stupidly didn’t ask to see the price. I ordered a second glass. Got my bill and it was outrageous. Parking fee is also a joke. It’s for overnight, but other hotels in the area don’t charge. I’ll stay elsewhere next time. "

"This is my third stay at the hotel. I like it for its location and its reasonable price. The staff are friendly and efficient. They offer a continental breakfast too. As to location, it is within easy walking distance of the Phoenix Park, the Dublin Zoo, the Barracks Museum and the Museum of Modern Art. The Hueston train station is nearby as well as the LUAS tram and various busses. There are several good restaurants also within walking distance. I have had excellent dinners at Ryan's just down the block and Mi Casa which is 4 or 5 blocks away. The three different rooms I stayed in were all clean. The mattresses were firm which I prefer. However, each shower had less water pressure than needed, in my opinion, for a good shower. The hotel location is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, nothing fancy, and budget friendly. "

"The bed was comfortable and the room was nice sized. The first night we stayed there, there was a band that played until midnight that we could hear in our room on the second floor but the rest of the time was quiet. There were a lot of families with kids running around and breakfast could get a bit crowded if you went at a later time. We went earlier most mornings and it was lively. The food was very good. The staff were very helpful with travel suggestions regarding trains or taxis and such. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel."
