The men that was working around eleven o'clock today was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call and speak with him on 2 separate occasions.And both times he provided very poor customer service. The hotel itself is old and dated .smells of mold. The elevator does not work and it made it very inconvenient. They gave us a conjoined room that the door does not lock between the 2 rooms. And we only needed one room, so that's definitely a safety issue. The girl in the evening at Check-in never made eye contact with us and was also unfriendly and lacked customer service skills. The ruin bathrooms are dirty overall.It's just a gross feeling and I will not recommend this hotel.Nor will I ever stay here again. We were desperate for a place to stand had. We had other options. We definitely would not have stayed here after seeing the conditions and the customer service that we experienced.
