Excellent, spacious, stylish one-bedroom studio apartment, five minutes walk from the metro station "Druzhby narodiv" in a prestigious house in a quiet, guarded courtyard. The house has two elevators, concierge, video surveillance in the stairwell. The apartment is suitable for four guests (2 + 2). A double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the living room. Shower, bath. Two air conditioners, all necessary appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, unlimited internet Wi Fi, cutlery and dishes, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.
