Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. "Location is central in Tam Cốc area. The breakfast is good and basic. The room is clean but the bed isn’t comfortable at all. Staff is rude particularly the manager at the front desk. The pool is not clean. I arrived to the hotel at Noon for check out; was soaking sweat from my bike ride to try to make the time. The manager greeted me by saying please try to check out in 15 mins since its Noon already. Additionally, she inquired about my travel plans for the morning by telling me that check out time is at Noon. I expect more hospitality from this hotel. I could use a restroom at a random cafe for only $30k, and they would be very nice and understanding by allowing me to use the restroom and brought out a fan for me. However, there is a lack of understanding and hospitality from this front desk manager. She wouldn’t care that I looked soaking sweat and made it back my noon. I wouldn’t come back and recommend anyone to come back. The staff needs to be trained properly."
