Amazing location within walking distance from the Rapid Transit station and in close proximity to attractions, Michelin-starred eateries, park, exhibitions, water, Causeway Bay shopping and currency exchanges etc. Friendly and Caring Front Desk Personnel. An absolute cleanliness of rooms and premises. Unlimited free filtered water from a water tank downstairs. Great views from the rooms on top floors. We are impressed and grateful, thank you, Eco Tree Hotel!

Good option for visitors wanting a quiet hotel with quick and easy access to MTR subway and taxis. Plenty of small markets and restaurants nearby, too.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location, perfect for exploring central Hong Kong.

Lots of room for a Hong Kong Hotel. Great little restaurant next to hotel for lunch and dinner and so reasonably priced. Also a five minute walk to a street full of places to eat. A MTR station was right next to hotel, and Ding Dings right at your foot steps. All staff were helpful, especially Tiffany. I had emailed them shortly after booking with them to make sure that they would store our luggage since we would be arriving at the hotel at around 8:30am. Their response was that it was not a problem and also, that if our room was available, that we could even check in earlier. When we actually arrived, our room was free but they said that there would be a charge for checking in earlier. We decided against this because we needed to go out and find a meal to eat and we had already made plans for this first day to be out. Guess it was a little disappointing that they didn’t mention that there would be a fee if we were to check in earlier and it just seemed that they were trying to make money where they could (we stayed 15 nights, you’d think they could have waived this!). Room was comfortable. They provided slippers but bring your own robes since they do not provide them. The room had a horrible view of the roof of the building next door! I asked if we could change rooms so that we could get a better view. They said that all rooms in the cheaper category all had a view of the building next door. We had a « Premium » room. Maybe call to clarify!

I kicked off my bday week full of fun in HK, hotel and staff were awesome!! Great location as well!
