"This was suppose to be an "All inclusive" hotel, but when we asked for Wi-Fi, they said it is not included. Later, we asked for ice-cream and this was not included in the price either. So, "All inclusive" was not really all inclusive. The restaurant where they prepared hamburgers where extremely dirty. The flour was wet and dirty and ketchup was splattered all over the place, so we didn't eat hamburgers. Baby pool was so dirty and we could see green growth in it. It was also bad smell...

"Two seperated bed, very small and dirty room that is not seen at the web site of the hotel and agent's web sites...be careful about this hotel! If you have any problem should know that no one is going to help you. The hotel stuff will recomend you to communicate with your agent (like hotels.com or expedia etc). They have 2 diffrent type of building. One good one bad. If the good full then you be in the bad but you can not know which one are you going to be..because only good one in the web...

"We had a great stay! Special thanks to Iraklis who helped us throughout our whole stay and had great recommendations. Also, thanks to Adam at the reception desk that helped us have an enjoyable stay and provided a warm welcome at check-in. "Hotel is set in beautiful gardens which lead onto the beach. Two outdoor pools one with slides. There is also an indoor pool. Food in main restaurant was delicious. Drinks were ok. (Gin was not, tasted awful) Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. "

"I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting. "
