"Lovely small hotel with only 9 rooms. Fantastic pool and rooms full of character. I sort of want to keep it to myself as it is great value and whilst not next to anything is only a few minutes away from a supermarket and a great western bakery cafe. Melasi and Pandawa beaches are 10 to 15 mins away by scooter or car. No restrauant but get food delivery or go out. "Located next to Kuta beach and in a busy street with tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel is pretty dated; although it’s labeled as 5-star hotel, it is really a 3-star one given its condition and amenities, compared to other 4-star and 5-star ones I stayed before. Hotel room is spacious , and buffet breakfast is reasonably good."

"First time in Bali celebrating my 40th birthday with a group of 12. We had booked 3 rooms for myself, my partner, and my 2 adult kids, so it was disappointing that all the rooms were spread across different areas and levels of the resort. Unfortunately, our room was in the worst location — right near the entry gate and directly opposite a bar, so the noise was constant. To make matters worse, room renovations directly below us started from 7am each morning, and housekeeping were knocking on doors before 8am to clean. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, with not one person in our group of 12 having anything positive to say about them. Overall, it was quite disappointing for our first Bali experience. That said, most of the staff were friendly and the location itself was very good."

"Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property."
