Location is excellent for renting a surf board across the street at the beach, or even take lessons from the onsite RipCurl surf school. My room was well furnished, clean, modern with WIFI and international cable channels. Walking distance to anything and anywhere of significance in the Kuta area. This villa was beyond what we could have imagined. The staff were super friendly and the villa itself was just stunning. The place was cleaned every morning and then there is a turn down service in the afternoon. Its a great place to escape to after being in the busier areas of Legian and Kuta. No issues with distance, its just a few dollars in a taxi to get to the beach and restaurants, shop etc. Highly recommended.

The view is as good as it looks in the photos! Located right on the cliff top! Stunning communal pool, room was great especially with your own pool. Shower and bathroom was huge. The breakfast was so good and tasty. You need a scooter or transport as the road is long and rocky to get in and out of the place. Staff were beautiful, they even made us a takeaway breakfast box because we had to leave at 6am.
