"The hotel facilities are excellent. There is a well maintained pool area which has plenty of seating and lounges. There is a very good gym and children's play area close by. The on-site massage spa is great value. My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe pool view room which we found to be very nice and we always looked forward to the delicious breakfast. All the staff at the hotel are phenomenal! The best that we have encountered in our twenty visits to Bali in a variety of hotels."

"Nice hotel with great central location, we were placed in the older part of the hotel, room could of been better aircon wouldn’t go below 23degrees so very warm at night and shower fell out of the holder constantly. But common areas of hotel were nice and breakfast was nice with plenty of options."
