Unbeatable view of the harbor and the sunset. Great staff. Convenient coin laundry facilities. Comfy bed. This is my second visit and it’s getting better.

This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good.

製氷機の設置が無く　1階のショップで氷は購入せねばならず　アイスペールはフロントに依頼し　フロントの人間がレストランから借りて部屋に届けるシステム 届いたアイスペールを見たら中が錆びているのか斑模様で 汚く　とても使用する気にはなれなかった

プリンスホテルと言えば、バブル世代には憧れの存在でしたが、今や建物がだいぶ古くなり、庶民的なお宿になりましたね。それでも清潔さは担保されてて安心でした。アメニティも一通りは揃っていて不自由はなかったです。ただ、最近付近のビジネスホテル系のサービスが向上してるので(無料のドリンクバーとか、朝食無料とか)、ちょっと負けてる感はありますね。頑張ってください。

やはり"シティホテル"が満足度は高い。。。‼️

釧路No.1の客室数を誇る"シティーホテル"なので、エントランスロビーの広さ・フロントの対応は満足度が高い。 部屋も14Fだったので、市内の眺望は最高でした。また部屋もシングルでしたが、窓に向かって、ワーキングデスクがありイイ感じでした。 やはり、開業から30年以上経過しているので、内装の一部に劣化は見られるが、"オーソドックスな雰囲気"は落ち着いた雰囲気がある。 また、それなりの車に乗っているので、駐車場🅿️も建物前に広いスペースの平置きで、今時の"契約駐車場🅿️の紹介"ではないので、満足度は高いです。 "ビッフェスタイルの朝食"は料理の品数&レパートリーも多種で、値段を感じませでした。 また、会場も"17階の広々した場所で展望も良く、朝の清々しい雰囲気を感じられました。 また、釧路を訪れた時は、是非利用したいホテルです。
