Mi habitación estuvo en el segundo piso y daba hacia el lago, pero no se ve desde el segundo piso, veíamos maquinaria para reparar los pisos de arriba, pero no nos sentimos incomodados por el ruido. El cuarto era espacioso, el baño funcionaba correctamente y todo se veía limpio. El desayuno es completísimo y hay mucho por disfrutar cada mañana con toda la variedad que tiene. El único problema que tuve fue un cobro doble, pero fue solucionado durante la semana. Todo el personal fue amable, servicial y siempre vi sonrisas y cuidado en hacer de nuestra estadía algo memorable."

"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."
