"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash. Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"20 minutes walk from the sea front, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop for Sarandë, 2 minutes walk from a mini supermarket. Large room, large comfortable bed, aircon that works included in the price, good bathroom and shower, balcony with table chairs ash's a view, fridge, towels changed regularly. Has a unique lift that doesn't go to all floors so double check if you have a wheelchair etc. Nothing to complain about; perfectly adequate in all respects; would start again."

"The owner’s Mum greeted us so warmly, despite speaking little or no English. The owner communicated with us via WhatsApp and was extremely accommodating. We unexpectedly arrived early, and they were very welcoming and also offered us a late checkout until 2 PM, although we ended up leaving early. The rooms were spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly, and we didn’t have to spend ages trying to figure out the TV like we have at some other places!
