Newly Renovated Beach Front Condo with indoor pool and hot tub! Winter rates!!

  • Winter beach trips are perfect for a change of scenery for working remote, fishing trip, girls or guys weekend, or family trip! Enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean while sleeping on the porch bed swing! Not only is the condo Beach front, it also boasts an indoor pool with hot tub, and gym at the recreation center. We are one and a half miles from the Kure Beach pier and 1/4 mile walk to Fort Fisher. Cook out while enjoying the gazebo with picnic tables by the outdoor pool. Our condo also has a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, and playground. We provide 4 beach chairs, 2 kayaks, beach games, and board games. Venture out to Play pickle ball, or disc golf at Joe Eakes Park. Visit the Fort Fisher Aquarium, or four-wheel drive on the beach! Take the Ferry ride to South Port or Bald Head Island or take the two beach bikes to enjoy local restaurants!

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Kure. It was clean and the layout was perfect for us and three children with enough room for privacy and spreading out. The unit has every amenity you need and the location is perfect for easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again!

We loved it, it was right on the beach. Newly renovated, nice layout, great decorations and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed from spices, plates, utensils, pans, K-cups - everything that you would have at home. To top it off, the swing bed on the porch facing the ocean was amazing. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation!

The condo was clean, comfortable, more stocked than anywhere we have stayed before and perfect location! Steve was quick to respond and helpful with the check-in process. Linens were provided and also beach towels! The renovations felt brand new and it was even stocked up with soaps, detergents and tons of beach amenities (clean nice items not old and rusty like other places). We will be quick to reserve again before word gets out on this gem!

Amazing Beach Condo

Absolutely Loved our stay (4 adults & 3 Grandchildren)! Accommodation were superb! Clean, updated and right on the beach! You could hear the waves if you choose. Had an amazing swing bed on the deck, so relaxing! Our granddaughter loved napping on it! Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed! I have to say our Hosts were Outstanding & just a text away if you needed something! Definitely will be back to this location! ❤️

Great rental at Kure Beach

Condo was as listed. Clean and perfect for what we were looking for with beach front property. Condo has been updated and met all our families needs. Short walk to beach. Not many people since it’s just the people renting in the area. Also, in walking distance to the outcroppings which can be seen at low tide. My son loved going to look for anything he could find in the tide pools. We’d rent this place again.

Amazing Beach Front Home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The only thing the pictures don't 100% convey is how close you are to the shoreline! It is absolutely beautiful at night to stand on the balcony when high tide comes in. It is super convenient to go between the beach and the home during the day. The home is beautifully decorated and the lower level porch was a favorite spot with the surf board table and the swinging bed. The two ensuites upstairs were wonderful and the bunk room on the main floor is great for kids. Steve was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were super easy. We were only there for three nights, but will definitely be back!

Great Spot for Vacation

My husband and adult children spent severall days at this property. It was WONDERFUL. The condo was immaculate, and everything was in great working order. The location was great. There was an outdoor pool, grill, and gazebo right outside our door, which we did not use, but it was there if necessary. The beach was right outside our door. You had to walk maybe 30 seconds around the building in order to gain access via boardwalk so you didn't disturb the dunes. We had a front row seat to spectacular sunrises each morning from the balconies, and we fell asleep each night to the sound of the surf. The "shed" is stocked with plenty of beach equipment, and easily accessible in the garage. There was sufficient parking for two vehicles. The owner, Steven, was always very responsive with any questions we had. Overall, it was wonderful, and we cannot wait to return!

Summer gathering with my daughter and grandchildren

We stayed at this lovely beachfront condo in Kure Beach for five nights. The beach view is incomparable. It's oceanfront and you can almost feel the spray from the waves. The condo is newly decorated with lots of seating in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen looks new with a lovely granite (I think) top counter. There is a kid's bedroom and bath on the main level and two master bedrooms with a laundry closet upstairs. The AC was terrific and kept us comfortably cool on the hottest of days. There are large TV's in every room but the kids'. It was quiet, ie no street noise or noise from neighbors. The host, Steven, responds immediately to any questions or concerns. He and his family are very generous with their beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, and kayaks. There are games and puzzles inside. There are pools on the property, too. It is near the Aquarium and Fort Fisher. This beach condo is well equipped to cook and have fun. You won't be disappointed if you rent this gorgeous beach condo!!
