    Stained carpets and air conditioning broken

    We asked for a refund because the air con was not working and we were not informed on check in. This was the case for the entire hotel ! They brought us fans but it was still stuffy and too hot to stay in. They wanted to keep half of our payment as we had already ‘used’ the room for 3 hours but we literally left our bags in the room and went out for a meal and came back to realise this problem. We didn’t stay and will not recommend any one to stay, though the hotel was situated in a great location. The carpet was also dirty and stained.

    beau building belle chambre rien de plus

    clim hors d usage en mode chauffage avec une temperature exterieure de 5 degrés; personnel ne parlant pas 1 mot d'anglais, ayant fait deux séjours espacés de 3 jours il a fallu ressortir les passeports...

    hotel à retirer de HOTELS.COM

    Hotel à enlever de la liste de HOTELS.COM. La moquette rose remplie de taches sombres et une salle de bain à peine propre .Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et la direction nous a dit que toutes les chambres étaient ainsi . Personne ne parle un mot d'anglais .Personnel peu enclin à rendre service ricanant même ouvertement devant nous .Seul le petit déjeuner était correct et l'hotel était situé dans un quartier animé avec pleins de petits restaurants dans les environs.Comment expliquer que cet hotel possède 4 étoiles? Je déconseille fortement à tout le monde cet hotel
