Private: natural state property 200 m2, garden with lawn 200 m2 trees. Patio (5 m2). Motor access to 5 m from the house. Width of access road: 500 cm. Parking at the house at 10 m on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, shopping centre 22 km, bus stop 6.3 km, railway station "Kumla" 7 km, sandy beach 11 km, grass beach 11 km, bathing lake "Tripphultssjön" 11 km. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
