our short visit was truly memorable and pleasant. The staff at the desk were helpful,friendly and polite. The hotel serves its purpose however we found the rooms a bit cramped however it did not take the comfort or relaxation away. Very convenient location with supermarket next door ,burger place across the road ,, bus stop across the road. Breakfast was very good and constantly topped up so even if you arrived late you would still find food topped up ..Overall a great experience .

Bra övernattning nära E20. Enkelt funktionellt hotell, bra wifi, bekväma sängar, rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost, allt som behövs finns och det fylls på kontinuerligt. Gott och vällagat. Perfekt om man är på genomresa och inte har behov av centrala Örebro. Hotellet ligger i ett industri/handelsområde i ganska tråkiga omgivningar. Parkering precis utanför hotellet, fri för medlemmar i Best Western.

Bra hotell för en natt, ska man bo fler nätter bör hotellet lite uppgraderingar. Som uttag vid båda sängarna med all dagens teknik för laddning, fanns bara på ena sidan. I duschen endast schampoo, tvål endast vid handfat? Riktigt dåligt.
