"The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (with a special mention for Mustafa). The hotel was in a great location and in close proximity to all of the areas of cultural interest, and the staff were very knowledgeable and offered great advice & suggestions. Our rooms were luxurious, comfortable and clean. There is only positive comments as everything was fantastic!! I would recommend Emerald Mansion Hotel and will certainly be returning one day."

"The main selling point of this hotel is its location. You literally step outside, walk a short block, turn a corner and find yourself in front of Hagia Sophia and multiple other prime attractions. And the hotel’s rooftop restaurant has amazing views of everything. Everything else about this hotel was also good. The staff was very attentive; they handled our check-in and checkout while treating us to tea and coffee. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was bad weather, but that’s not really up to them. Would certainly recommend it."
