"The location is perfect. Grand Bazaar is just 10 minutes walk. Lots of dining options around the area. Staff is very accommodating. This place is highly recommended."

"Although I was assigned a different room than my original booking, I accepted it because of the staff attitude and respect. They offer other options including another hotel and refund but I was tired and didn’t want to waste more time and I believe it was Expedia mistake. Anyway, nice family hotel in a busy area worth a visit."

"A very cute, beautifully decorated boutique hotel. Walking distance to all places to visit. Breakfast is served on the terrace. It was truly a hearty Turkish Breakfast. There is an incredible sea view from the terrace and the terrace is open until two in the morning. I think this was the biggest surprise of this hotel."

"We spent a wonderful week in La Mer Old City Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The location is fantastic, we saw the Ayia Kiriaki church from our window. The Sea of Marmara and U3 train is 3 minutes on foot. The main attractions of Istanbul are also very close. The staff of the hotel is very kind, friendly and helpful, we would like to thank them all their kindness."

Kitchen, no tourist, near proper supermarket, local bakery, kind staffs and roof top sitting area at sister’s hotel nearby (free tea and coffee all day) Hotel is like a home stay, so comfortable, very bright, good space. Front desk person works in the morning for check in, after that go to the sister’s hotel 3 minutes walk to, if u have a luggage it could b inconvenient.
