"The room was great, very comfy bed and everything was clean. The coffee machine was good too. What really let it down was the service. We ordered room service, and after an hour of waiting I called and they said it would be another 35 minutes! I asked them to bring the drinks in the meantime and they said okay but never did. After 35 minutes I called again and it all arrived together in 5. An update or warning on the wait would have been good, as we would have gone to the bar instead had we of known. The staff also never apologised for the wait. We weren't asked how our stay was on leaving. "

"When booking, please check your reservation carefully. My friends and I booked at the same time and we thought with the same deal, but theirs included their $45 breakfast, and ours only came with a $30 voucher, so our breakfast was not even covered."
