The rooms were great and the staff was very helpful. I know this summer has been very active with typhoons and storms but the pool needed some TLC. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of variety but dinner was limited. Still very good 👍

Our room was recently renovated and very clean throughout. The breakfast that is available (additional charge) was nice and offered many options. All staff members were very friendly and one during the afternoon shift spoke English which was nice. The pool area looked nice and the pool needs cleaning, many bugs floating on top so I got out. I would stay here again.

Great Resort on a peaceful remote island

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kume Island Resort. First off Kume island is a peaceful beautiful place. The hotel is in a good area across the street from the beach (but only partial view of the beach). It’s about a 15 min taxi ride from the ferry port. It’s a clean hotel, nice staff and good breakfast. My room was large and recently remodeled and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. If you stay very long on Kume island, I recommend you get a rental car. The hotel staff will help you with this. They have two people on staff that speak great English and were so nice. Kume Island is like stepping back into 1970 in many ways. I love it there.

久米島にペットを連れて行く際、いつも利用させていただいています。 今回初めて、部屋が砂っぽくざらついており、裸足で過ごす事ができませんでした。 それが残念でした… スタッフの方は皆さん対応が良く、笑顔で出迎えてくれました。 24hコンビニがあり、いつでも利用出来るので助かりました。 次回、久米島に行く際も利用する予定です。

ペットと泊まれてとても嬉しかったし快適でした。スタッフの方は皆さん感じよく、ホテルも清掃は入らないけどタオルとお水は毎日届けてくださるシステムで、立地もイーフビーチや海の見えるカフェ、主だった食事処やコンビニも近く満足でした。 ただお風呂だけがガッカリ。お湯が流れていかずシャワーを浴びている最中、汚いお湯がバスタブにたまっていく。また、お湯の温度が一定ではなく、シャワー中急に熱くなったり冷たくなったり。それとペットの部屋は一番奥で、フロントからめちゃくちゃ遠かった。車椅子の介護があり、車椅子で行くのが結構大変だった。また、時期が3月で、夜寒かった日があったので暖房を探したが、エアコンが冷房しかなく暖房機能がなかった。
