チェックインは無人フロント。宿泊者情報を記入する用紙を書いて、投函し、鍵を拾います。投函箱が簡単に開くようなものなのかわかりませんが、ちょっと心配です。コンドミニアムはエレベーターがないので、大きい荷物を持ってくるとしんどいと思います。部屋は多少年季が入っているものの清潔です。エアコンのカビは気になりました。ベランダに洗濯機が備え付けられていて、日に当たってボロボロでしたがちゃんと動きました。浴室は浴槽が無く、シャワーのみ。トイレも浴室にあります。

自室に冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ミニキッチンが揃っているのはありがたいです。今回の部屋は冷凍庫あたりから水が出てました（結露？） 照明がメインと台所のところのみだったので、ベッドサイドまたは机にスタンドライトが欲しかったです。 あと、キッチンに換気扇がついていたらよかったな〜と思いました。

シャワー＆トイレ空間が独特。

全体的には清潔で、問題ありませんでした。 冷蔵庫も冷凍庫もしっかり機能していました。洗濯干しのラック等を用意していただいており、大変助かりました。 洗濯機もしっかり動きます。 コンセント口数は少なめなので、カメラ等充電するものが沢山ある方はタコ足コードを持っていくと便利だと思います。 ただ一つ、、、 シャワー空間とトイレが、地続きで同じ空間にあること。便器が濡れないようにシャワーを浴びるのは至難の業。(多分無理) 気にならない方は大丈夫だと思うのですが、潔癖さんや、清潔感気にされる方は、メンタル的に厳しいかもしれないです。。。 湯温の安定はしないものの、真夏だと水浴びでいけました。。。 ちなみに、久米島には銭湯などのお風呂施設は無いので、部屋のシャワーに頼るしかありません。 それ以外は問題なく快適に過ごせました。

シービューのダブルの部屋の入口の左側（冷蔵庫があるところ）の下あたりが一段高くなっているがその下が全く掃除がされていない。ほこりがたまっていて、古いペットボトルも捨てられたままになっていて、不衛生だった。

Easy to entry the room and the staff advice is also friendly and kind. Without meeting any staffs and the other guests, very comfortbale to access to the unit. I will definitely visit the hotel again when i hav e a chance to travel kume island. Also very comvinient to access to the supermarket, sea diving shop and rental motor cycle shop. Highly recommended!

ダイバーにお勧め

洗濯機や洗剤、物干しが備え付けてあり、電子レンジ、電気ポット、2ドア冷蔵庫とダイビングをする者にとってはとても快適でした。 ただひとつだけ、お湯の温度が一定せず冷水になったり、熱いお湯になったり、水圧が低いです。次回も泊まりたいので、是非この点を改善して下さい。
