Nice staff

They allowed me to change my room to one that smelled less smoky. The rooms were non-smoking, but still had a hint of a smoke smell. Customer service was great. They kept my luggage for a few days after I checked out.

近隣の駐車場が改修中で大型バイクがとめられなかったがスタッフがすぐにあちこちあたってくださって、宿泊中駐輪場所に困ることはなかった。さすが東急ブランドと思いました。

他のことは全てよいが、ベッドのシーツが汚れていた。状況から見て上下ともシーツを取り替えてないと思われるが、大変不潔なものが付いていたのでふとんの中に安心して潜れなかった。施設は古いが料金は安く助かったが、人件費等を節約して少ないスタッフに無理な仕事を押し付けたり、シーツを洗濯せず使い回したりしていたとしたら残念である。

ロビー、階のフロア、客室、綺麗です。個人的にはシャワーヘッドの勝手が悪いことが印象に残ったくらいで立地も含めてコスパよく感じました

とにかく立地がいいです。熊本市の中心部にあるホテルで、ホテルの目の前がタクシー乗り場になっています。その先には熊本市のバスセンターがあります。またショッピングにおいても、大きくて長いアンケート街のスタート地点にあるため、レストランを探して歩く時にも大変便利です。お部屋は清潔で安心できました。私としてはまた泊まりたいホテルです。
