"I booked this hotel for myself. I informed them I was going to book in late, due to plane arriving later. When I got there the man at the desk was not friendly and came across rude. He grabbed my suitcase and marched down to my room. Which was next to the pool. Chucked it in there and just walked off. When I looked around the door was broken, so I had to use the dresser to block the door. The wardrobe was broken inside, all smashed up. The bathroom was dirty. "We booked XOX at the last minute, after our plans for elsewhere fell through. So glad this happened as XOX is fabulous. We booked it mainly because we needed a washing machine and balconies to dry our clothes but there are so many other good reasons to stay here. It’s close to cheap restaurants, cafes and grocery store and, though it’s on the main street, you can’t hear any noise from the bedrooms. Everything is ultra clean and you have loads of space to relax and unwind. It’s terrific!"
