Bei der Schlüsselübergabe muß ein Lageplan übergeben werden mit Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage und Lage der Wohnung. Mit der Reihenfolge der Häuser 1, 2, 3, 5 hat man Probleme, wenn man 4 sucht! Es fehlt die Kurzzeit-Parkmöglichkeit.
