Perfect location but very noisy

+ The location is perfect. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. - Not soundproof at all, a lot of sound from other rooms in night. Nothing to hang on the door if you didn’t want to be disturbed, so housekeeping knocking on door and wake us up every day to ask.

It was a centralised area.

The hotel was located between bukit bintang and berjaya times square. Both at a walking distance of around 5-10mins. We got to know that the hotel officially open the day before we checked in, therefore, some construction is still going on. The staffs were polite, answering any questions that came to our minds. They encouraged us to give feedbacks on the hotel as to improve their services, which we gladly did. The area of Jalan Alor may be quite quiet during the day but from 4pm onwards, the nightlife begins. Staffs also recommended some of the best food restaurants and food vendors around the area.

1. Common areas i.e. corridor and lifts, smelt musty and stale. 2. Bathroom (especially shower stall) was grimy. 3. There was no bottled water in the room. 4. There was no shaving kit. 5. It was noisy till late at night. 6. Staff could be more helpful. 7. There were flies buzzing around the breakfast buffet. The food was not covered at all times so this presents a hygiene issue.

The room was clean. Staff was prompt when called. A lot a local activity outside the hotel doors. The room was very basic, no where near as elaborate as the advertisement photo. There was a leak under the bathroom sink.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, facing Jalan Alor and within walking distance to both Bukit Bintang and the Petronas Twin Towers. The guest room was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay. However, compared to other hotels in the same price range nearby, I found a few aspects that could be improved. The breakfast buffet had limited options, and some of the dishes that should have been served hot were unfortunately cold. The coffee from the machine was also instant. Personally, I felt that instead of paying extra to have breakfast at the hotel, it would be more satisfying to eat at one of the local eateries nearby, many of which open early in the morning. Additionally, the in-room security box was not anchored, meaning it could be carried away entirely, which defeats the purpose of having a safe. I thought this was a concern in terms of security.

トランジットの関係で一泊しました。部屋自体はきれいで、清潔感があり、お風呂の水量も全く問題なかったです。立地に関しても目の前にフードストリートがあり、ご飯を食べてすぐに帰れるのでとても良かったです。ただ、コネクティングルームの部屋だったので、繋がっているドアの部屋のノイズ、テレビの音が気になりました。

Meget basis hotel

Hotellet ligger godt i Bukit Bintang. Der er et meget travlt aften marked lige nedenfor døren, hvor du kan finde mange spændende ting. Medarbejderne var glimrende. Desværre, så mangler hotellet en del, hvis jeg skulle overnatte hos dem igen. Deres puder er vitterligt mursten, bruseren var så svag, WiFi hoppede af en del, og så forstod jeg ikke den store altan uden stole/borde. Jeg havde en mærkelig oplevelse med rengøring. Jeg var ude om morgenen, hvor de var i gang med værelserne på samme etage. Da jeg kom hjem 6-7 timer senere var mit værelse stadigvæk ikke klargjort. Så skulle selv ned og spørge efter f.eks. toiletpapir. Derudover kunne aircon ikke få værelset til at blive koldere end 24 grader, selvom temperaturen var sat til 16 grader. Hotellet var et af de dyrere på min tur, og levede ikke op til forventningerne...
