Very decent value in a great location, close to chinatown and food markets and catholic church next door. Safe security complex with swipe cards used to get around. decent sized swimming pool.

Great, would book again

Very clean and spacious apartment with all the extras (washing powder, dish soap, shower toiletries). Good security and electronic keys. Friendly staff. 2 bedroom apartment very spacious. Only downfall which is personal preference the bed was very hard (firm rated) and pillows old and not supportive.

Great location and comfort

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very happy. The location is very convenient with shops and restaurants within the apartment complex. The staff was very helpful and check in was very easy. One morning we had an internet problem and it was resolved within a few hours thanks to the staff getting on the problem immediately. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from us is that the apartment had tons of storage but hardly any kitchen equipment, not even a spatula. That being said, for a longer stay in KL, I would recommend it.

No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting. Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready.

The room has beautiful views, rooms set up good. Cleanness is very poor. There are so much of very tiny(smaller than poppy seeds)found claw around the drainage area in the bathroom , every where and on dinner table. Front desk service is good.

My dad who’s fairly fit, sat down on a chair in the apartment and it gave way, hurting his back. We checked the other chairs and turns out a lot of the screws were loose. The shower pipe was also leaking. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay.

Master bedroom faucet is not working well, running very slow. Cleanness is poor. There are multiple very tiny tiny (smaller than poppy seeds)bugs claw everywhere, especially around the drainage hole in bathroom and especially on dinner table (creamy surface, easily spitting them) the covers which cover the furnitures are poor condition. Rooms are big and very comfortable with beautiful views. Staffs are nice.

Hygiene is appalling. No pillow casing. Toilet smelt like the sewers. Power source have exposed wires. Very unsafe for children. Aircon not working properly. Management unhelpful to resolve issue.

Unsatisfactory Stay

The Robertson, KL is disappointing place to stay in. 1) Hygiene - Hygiene is appalling. The floors doesn't look it was vacuum or wipe. It felt sticky and there were stains found around the suite. Towels had stains everywhere. 2) Amenities/Houskeeping - Hotel did not refresh room properly. Towels were not promptly replace before check-in. Towels were of bad conditions too, and was not well-washed. 3) Air-con - Air-con's has issues, its temperature system was not fully functional and at times 28'c felt like it was 18'c. 4) Customer Service - Service was slow in reply and not helpful.

ITS OKAY

We arrived for check in at 245pm, we were told our room wasnt ready until about 4pm. We told the cleaners its ok as we are going out all night. We arrived back into our apartment at 10pm and bathroom towels were missing and it took 1 hr to get towels. A limit of 1 towel per person for shower, gym and swim. No extra towels are handed out they will only exchange 1 for 1. So i doubt people will wait 1 hour to swap towels so u can figure out the hygiene level when it comes to that. But i used a floor towel for gym n lucky i had washing powder so i just did my own washing. Hot water is limited so if u shower at peak times youll freeze. A lil misleading as its a serviced apartment but only if u stay more then 4 nights as we were told. For the price of $50 aud per night its bearable but i wouldnt pay more then that. Would i come back? Yes i would coz u can sort those nitty gritty problems urself. Just bring ur own towels security is good, and gym pool is very clean. Rooms are clean just customer service and communication is very poor.
