'Hotel' was appalling. Despite a full payment made upfront, I got a message stating that they were full just as I was about to arrive. The person in charge did not pick up my call and I was forced to find an alternative place to stay. This was rather daunting as I was in an unfamiliar area. I tried to contact the 'hotel' for a full refund but was to told to seek it from Hotels.com. It has been 1 month, no refund has been made even i foward my case to the customer service.
Hotel nobody make room everyday.Towel wet & dirty had not change.At the night time some noisy work in hotel.

Worst service as well, the places totally worst than my school hostel. Firstly, there are not available on counter services, because this is privately residences, they are not like a hotel services, and then only can communicate with whatsapp, no phone calls ( its provided invalid phone number as well). Then, when we wanted to check-in, he told me through whatsapp then the keys on the MailBox, let me to get it. But totally locker broken, can't also get the key. So how? Interacted with them, also need to wait for almost 2 hours ago to reply us. Nevermind one, when we entered to room, i saw the WIFI router was on, but where is password? I also asked again, it provided me after 2 hours again. Therefore, their bed,aircon pipe broken plus their service was bad af. Very Not recommended!
Illustration of pictures and for actual view was a total miss. Apartment was not a fit for a family. Bad frame was broken an elderly could not sleep so she end up sleeping of the floor matterss. Website stated two bedroom but there was only one. It was a total ripoff
