Awful staff and filthy room

Arrived to hotel having been sold so they transferred us to their other hotel in an awful area of town felt very unsafe. The room was dirty and one of the beds only had three feet so was uneven. The noise from the road was loud and fireworks and bangs all night. No toilet paper provided. Walls cracked. Mold on the doors. Checked out as soon as lobby opened. Wouldn’t recommend.

economico e essenziale

la camera non corrisponde all'immagine riportata sul portale.la stanza è piccola e il bagno obsoleto con doccia e lavandino con scolo direttamente in un foro sul pavimento per cui ogni qualvolta facevo la doccia avevo acquastagnante sul pavimento del bagno e sul wc. Assenza sapone nel contenitore. una sola presa elettrica nella stanza del tipo uk per cui ho dovuto prendere un adattatore mentrein altri alberghi in cui sono stata c'erano prese universali.Buona posizione vicino a ristoranti e locali aperti fino a tardi e pieni di turisti tutti i giorni della settimana.wifi e aria condizionata nelle camere.

Worth for money

Stay is OK, old Hotel and ongoing renovation.

This is good for backpacking since it is around the metro station. Lots of restaurant and stores around. The Hotel is a bit old and ongoing renovation takes place. All in, it was OK.

Heater was working,Shower pipe leaking more

Expedia should update with latest photos of the Hotel,it was stated that the room was without windows. First time I was failed ,choosing Room with Expedia.

Very bad.

Bad experience. Not same as what I saw when booked this hotel through expedia website, its bathroom clogged, some rotten smell inside the room, Limited plug for us to charge our phone, size of room is too small for us to put all my luggage...for the bathroom they mentioned that got provided a slipper in there but no matter how I found that slipper, I can't found the slipper inside or outside the bathroom.

Price, Location

Service from staff was excellent. Rooms are basic, and small, but in a great location. Short walk to Bukit Bintang and all the shopping, bars and restaurants. On a busy road, but I did not hear any of the noise. As a solo traveller, I look for location and a great price - this has both. Would stay again.

Smutsigt och otrevligt

- Smutsiga rum, hår i sängkläderna från tidigare gäster - Dålig AC - Små och slitna rum, fanns ingen plats att lägga väskorna - Liten och tidig frukost, serverad 7.00-8.30 med endast toast och kokt ägg - Ser inte alls ut som på bilderna

The only pro is convenience

The room is dirty, there are cockroach, mosquitos, and even a flog (!) in my room. The floor, walls are all dirty, there was some dust hanging from the ceiling too. Everyday someone would come to "clean" the room, but that is nothing more than setting up the bed, replace the towel, nothing really cleaned. One day I even find some long hair with the new towel. Also, the door lock doesn't work suddenly, I asked for help, they just change the card and it does not work as well. They then gave me a key as a replacement. It turns out they do not have any backup key, so when I mistakenly left the key in the room, I am locked out and was stayed in another room for a night.

Very accommodating and helpful desk staff

It was a rough start; single rooms are tiny, and wifi didn't work the first 24 hours. Front desk was very accompanying and helpful, though- even allowing his personal phone to be a hotspot so I could check my work email. Cleanliness standards are not the same as the West, but this is really no different for anywhere I have stayed in Asia/IndoChina. Great bang for the buck!

I'm itchy

My fault for not reading more closely. 73 sq feet? Would not have guessed that was possible. Did not expect breakfast to have a line up of people for a kettle and a loaf of bread. A/C that's freezing or off. Bug bites on my legs!!! That happened no where else in my 8 weeks of travels. (Maybe that's just luck. And a toilet that flushed MOST of the time ??!!

Bad Experience in Simms Hotel

It was one of the worst stayed in all time.Bad Service, the breakfast it was not as the same of the ad.as mentioned Intercontinental breakfast!! the room was fully by ants and flys, smelly room. It was bad experience in this hotel so I checked out and moved to other one and no compare..

Close to downtown, Cleanness not good

The merits: the staff was good, it's close to downtown. But the cleanness is not good and the facilities and amenities were old. There were small bugs all the time on the first floor room. Moldy odor in the bathroom. Breakfast is simple toasts with jam and butter plus eggs or sausages, depending on the day. WiFi is weak. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay look somewhere else. Convenience-wise it's okay, but overall I cannot recommend the hotel to all the people.

Great location, so-so room.

Great location, not-so-clean room and bathroom. The old AC was really noisy, the electric plug is wobbly, and for whatever reason, room service only came once during my 3 days stay there.
