Our room number was 27-16 (floor 27, room 16) we liked it very much, the view was amazing, though it would be better to get a bit higher level. Room is big, everything you need is inside, big fridge, microwave, … if there is anything missing you call the reception and they get it for you. There is a mini market inside the hotel next to the lobby, which we got most of our needs (water, snacks, juices, icecream, etc.. ) that was a plus really. The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait for the elevator to come, 48 floor building with only 4 elevators is not enough for all the people wanting to go up. That is the only downside for me. Other than that, I recommend this place, and I would come here again.

Don’t go for rooms ending with R.. it’s like a make shift room but good one.. the problem is you can hear the voice of people talking in the other room. Bcoz the rooms are separated by a permanently locked door.. not much privacy

While everthing was great when I was checked in, the other staffs in the morning was sucks To store your luggage when you checked in out you will be charged $5 RM dollar which is not making any sense …. I was transferring here for just a few hours to stop so I decided to only use credit card or Apple Pay to pay easier . I asked the staffs that I can only pay by credit card as I paid the same deposit in exactly here at the lobby but she doesn’t understand what I meant and still helped to take my luggage kept. So I supposed she understood as I explained that I can only pay by card and she said I can pay when I were back. When I got back here to take my luggage - a guy ( he said he is the manager here) said I must pay by cash and I explained again that I was just transferring here without any Malaysia dollar but US dollar and credit card . He said NO and also said why you don’t exchange money -That’s my business actually not his business …… also i explained that I can pay by cash in US dollar which is the only I have . Then I give him $10 UD dollar and he just took it without any changes . I would not recommend to any tourists or people who transfer here. I paid $ 10 dollars to just keep my luggage for a hour and that service is not included to the rate of my room.

No hacen las habitaciones a diario. Nos dijeron que limpiaban 1 vez a la semana no te Cambian basuras, toallas ni absolutamente nada. Demasiado ruido de las habitaciones de alrededor. Olor fuerte a pescado nada mas salir al pasillo. Los ascensores son caóticos por lo tanto siempre hay que esperar. Cama muy dura e incómoda y para rematar hay una mezquita cerca y a las 6 de la mañana es la primera llamada al rezo así que si quieres descansar mejor busca otra opción.
